This is a must-read for all creative professionals

Nathan's been the expert on proposals for years, both as a top-notch consultant and the founder of Nusii. He clearly knows what he's talking about — the book is written from the standpoint of value-based pricing, which is gold for any consultant or freelancer. I recommend this book to anyone who's seriously re-thinking their workflow. The book is very focused and certainly a great investment of one's time.

Proposals are such an important piece of the sales cycle and a really easy one to screw up

It's really hard to find things that will dramatically improve your business, but this book might be one of them. Proposals are such an important piece of the sales cycle and a really easy one to screw up. Too often you find books like this where it's the author's opinion, or it is what the author arbitrarily decided were the important points to follow. Nathan's unique position helping thousands of freelancers, agencies and consultants of all kinds get more work brings a much stronger empirical approach than anything else I've seen. Highly recommended.

Well written guide to outshining the competition

Nathan does a great job laying out the foundation for understanding the world of client proposals, how to approach them, how to write them, and how to outshine the competition. With appreciated use of subheadings and bullets, this book is an easy read and will continue to be a reference for me moving forward with my clients.
